The DOSC addresses the challenge of inadequate data utilization in Nigeria’s health policy management by enhancing leadership skills in data-driven decision-making. Leveraging existing structures and using innovative platforms such as the TRAC, DOS Center fosters collaboration among key stakeholders, visibly improving public health management processes and instilling trust among government officials, thereby facilitating more efficient technical assistance.
